Ventoux

Domaine du Pastre, which means shepherd, is located in Caromb. The winegrower, a passionate of natural winemaking, planted and cultivated his grapes according to the rules of the organic agriculture. His vineyard has the Ecocert label certification.

Mainly Grenache  along with Syrah

Bright salmon colour. White fruit aromas (pear) with floral notes. Its palate is supple, round and elegant. Fruits are extremely present. Best served young and chilled between 10 and 12°C. 
Ideal with summer salads, sauteed veal with olives, ham with melon, grilled fish or on its own.
