Châteauneuf-du-Pape

The Domaine has been a family property for two generations. The diversity of the soils in the vineyards allows the winegrower, Mr Alazay, to maintain a high consistent quality. Well-known for its red wines, discover and share this rare white wine.

Mainly White Grenache and Clairette.

Shimmering golden honey robe. Aromas of white fruit (pear, melon), hazelnuts and almonds.

Enjoy it young between 10 and 12°C for its fruitiness and elegance. In the 4-5 years following the vintage, it evolves into notes of honey and develops secondary flavours such as truffles, acacia and liquorice.

As an aperitif, it will charm your guests and then will be perfect with grilled fish, grilled red mullets with tapenade, bream, aioli and white meats in sauce or with goat cheese.
