South of Avignon, the Château dates back to the 13th century. Since the 1950’s, the Noël family perpetuates local winemaking tradition, while introducing modern techniques combined with a respect for the environment. Didier Noël manages the vineyards while his wife, Brigitte, oversees the vinification.

Black Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre

Superb deep red colour with purple hints. Powerful and complex nose which reveals red fruit and herbal bouquets. Very ripe, supple and mellow palate with a long and impressive finish.

Best served between 17-18°C within 3 to 5 years after release.

Enjoy it with grilled or stewed meat like "boeuf bourguignon" or cheese.
